What is Artificial Intelligence? Advantages and Disadvantages of AI

The world is large enough so you can not say that anything in this world is not possible. Whether people come in this immortal world and then spend their life without any goals and achievements. Just a life of hippies and then die without changing anything in the world. But, Nowadays, the world is changing in itself. Now, if you say how the world is changing? so, the answer is Machines and Technologies are changing this world.

Artificial Intelligence was just a subject in the 2000s but now, after 10 to 15 years, in 2015 it becomes a complete field. In which you can join easily if you love programming and computer science.because Artificial Intelligence(AI) is a field of Computer Science.

Definition:

The basic definition of AI is simple that, AI is a field in which you give a thinking power and ability to think to Machines. It means that the power of the mind of the Machine is Artificial Intelligence.

How simple is it?

Now, If you are thinking that it is simple and it is an easy field so, you are wrong because Machines are a fool and they don't work without any programming behind that so, if we want to make a machine with capacity of thinking so, we need to give a machine complete programming from A to Z. so now, just think how difficult it is?

How Important It Is?

According to Scientist of Computer Science Field and Artificial Intelligence Field, If we can core our Artificial Intelligence and Machines and if we succeed to give them a logical mind of thinking so, we can change this world easily but it can also harm us because it could damage us or this world easily whether by just a single programming defect.
Now, you can think about how important it is to make a machine think like a human because it has many benefits but also some very dangerous disadvantages.

Advantages:

• Artificial Intelligence could have low errors and good accuracy if we could succeed to program a good robot.
• No Effect of environments and it could help us.
• No Emotions so in some point of view it is good for us but also it can be harmful.
• No need to sleep, rest and any kind of Entertainment.

Disadvantages:

• It is costly and consumes a lot of time and resources to create a single robot of Artificial Intelligence.
• They can only work for a single purpose for which they are programmed which means they can not work like humans.
• They can lead for wrong purposes if they put into any wrong hands.

Example of an AI Robot:

The example of an AI robot is Dactyl Robot which logically solves the Rubik's cube single-handed. It is a smart example of AI Robot and I think it is our first step towards our future technologies which will have a great impact of Artificial Intelligence.
